10 Best Yoga Poses That Cut Out The Fat From Your Body

If you are obese or overweight, you can try the following 10 yoga poses to cut out the fat from your body. They are very good for quick weight loss and be done from the convenience of any place. Check them out-

1. Setu Bandha Pose - Bridge Pose

Repeat 5-10 times and release.  This pose removes the fat from your thighs and lower back. See the illustration below-



2. Bhekasana Pose

Hold pose for 5 breaths and release. Given below is an example of how you should do it. It is a good stretch for the entire body and helps in the removal of fat.

3. Dhanurasana or Bow Pose 

While lifting your chest up, you should remain in this position for 30 seconds. This pose is a very good stretch for the back and belly.

4. Chakki Challan or Grinding Pose

This is a very effective pose for reducing fat from the stomach regions. The movements give a good stretch to the hands, legs and belly. The motion should be repeated 10 times clockwise and anti-clockwise each.

5. Pavanmuktasana (Wind Releasing Pose)

The pose in the burning of unnecessary fat in the stomach region of your body. The chin should touch the top of your head. For doing this, you should lift your head a little. You can do the same movement with each leg or try it with both legs at the same time.

6. Varaksana

While twisting your body, ensure your back is straight. The twist should be done both in the right and left direction.

7. Bhujangasana or Cobra Pose

This pose looks like a snake. Stretch and hold pose. Inhale while stretching. This pose works well for the spine.

8. Virbhadrasana or Warrior Pose

Keep your feet 4 inches apart.  First on the right side and then on the left side. Repeat the asana 10 times daily.

9. Uttitha Hasta Padangustana.

While doing this pose, please do not stretch beyond your capacity.  It gives a good massage to your hips, spine, legs, lower back and arms. It helps in the reduction of fat in these areas.

10. Garudasana

Remain steady in this pose for 10-15 seconds and then release.  This asana helps in the reduction of fat in the thighs and arms. See the steps below-
